ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USAGE
By accessing, browsing, and/or using the Site and/or any facility operated by “NATIVE”, you accept and agree to be bound to these Terms. In addition, when using particular NATIVE services, you also shall be subject to any posted guidelines, FAQs, or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time.

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on our packages and all purchases are final. Any classes remaining and unused at the package expiry date cannot be used and are void.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Please kindly note that our class cancellation policy is 6 hours. Any cancellation less than 6 hours before the class start time will be charged. Class can be cancelled through our website, by calling the studio directly, or by sending an email to hello@native-cycle.com.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO POLICY
We allow and welcome our clients to take handheld photography and video footage at the studio but please be mindful of the privacy of other clients.

Please note that we do not allow the set up of free-standing recording equipment (for example, on tripods or a camera/phone in the studio unattended) such as video to film and record sessions.

Native, from time to time, may video or photograph sessions and use these images and video footages online or on our social media. Please let the coach know if you wish not to be featured in these videos or photos.

VALUABLES & PERSONAL PROPERTY
NATIVE shall not be liable for the loss of, theft of or damage to the personal property of members or guests, including items left in lockers, with the front desk or anywhere else in the studio.
